Emory values the input of its employees and seeks formal feedback from separating employees through exit interviews. Human Resources will coordinate the exit interview process for all employees who separate from Emory.
Management is responsible for ensuring that all staff and principal employees who separate from employment are provided an opportunity for an exit interview prior to the employee’s last day of work. During the exit interview process, employees will be asked to complete a questionnaire and will be given the opportunity to discuss their work experience at Emory. Human Resources also will mail the employee an exit questionnaire along with the separation notice.
No exit questionnaire or other exit interview information will be placed in an employee’s file.
